Syllabus
Aims of the course
The aim of this module is to introduce the fundamentals of global changes and sustainable development. The challenges of sustainable development, global environmental issues including climate change, environmental assessment, management and policies, economics of sustainability and natural, resources accounting, indicators of environment and social development, social dimensions of sustainable development, principles and guidelines of corporate Sustainability. Climate change impacts and adaptation strategies in different fields such as; water, energy, environment, coastal areas, agriculture, health and society.
